LED lamps for copper landscape lights are not that expensive that you think

Halogen lamps, whose light bulbs last about two thousand hours, were a revolution in landscape lighting about a decade ago; they took over the landscape lighting lamps market in less than ten years. But today, they are gradually giving up their market share to LED technology. LED light bulbs last about twenty thousand hours and use about one-tenth of the Wattage of halogen. By embracing the latest technology for landscape lighting, not only can we save a lot of money in our electricity bills and replacement bulbs, but we also are taking a big step in helping to make sure our planet stays green. They also offer added ease: with bulbs that last twenty thousand hours, you rarely have to go through the physical labor of changing light bulbs. LED bulbs are the obvious choice for landscape lighting: they are sustainable, economical, and convenient. 

Why ignoring LED lamps which are the result of years of study and experience to improve lighting technology and lose a lot of advantages that these remarkable products provide, just because we think they are a little bit more expensive? LED lamps seem to be expensive but they really are not. Just imagine if you install fifteen pieces of landscape lights with old fashioned Halogen lamps: then you need to install a 500 Watts transformer which LED lamps you need a small 100 Watts transformer that is much much cheaper, the difference cost of transformers would more or less cover the amount you pay for LED lamps. Today LED lamps are kicking halogen lamps out of the houses too. A 50 watts MR-16 halogen lamp can be easily replaced by a MR-16 five or six watts LED lamp with almost the same brightness. They are cooler and come with two different warm white or cold white colors, they can be dimed like halogen lamps but they need much smaller dimmers which are less expensive and last for a longer time.
